Symantec 2010 archiving error

Hello.

I am using Symantec 2010 file archiving option.And i had created new archive job.Before archive i back up folder which i want to archive.And it gives me this error.Please help.

Error : e0009869 - The Enterprise Vault Content Management API is unavailable. Ensure that the Enterprise

Vault services are running and that there is sufficient disk space for the vault partitions.
