EV 10.x monitoring.

We have EV 10.x installed on Windows 2008 for archiving Emails.

Need suggestion on below points.

What is the best practise that need to be follwed for EV 10.x servers.

How to configure monitornig on EV server. Also, What all parameters to be monitored on daily basis.

Please provide the steps to configure monitoring EV parameters which should send reports vai emails.
