eVault 10 and eDiscovery

Hey Guys

I am new to evault and am not really familir with it so excuse my stupid questions. I need to do the following:

1) Search 3 users Exchange 2010 mailboxes for Items that have been archived by eVault, specifically looking at Insstant Message Conversations (We do archive conversations)

2) Export a copy of that data to the PST or ZIP file.

I know how to do the above using Discovery Management in Exchange 2010, but dont know how to search the 3 users mailboxes and Vault Archive. Does a symantec document exist that provides this type of direction?
