After restoring archival mails from vault sender name informantion missing

Hi ,

As we are using Enterprise Vault 10.0.3 & End users are using outtlook 2010 client.As we trying to restore mails whicg are gert archived in Enterprise vault.As restore downlaod relavent mails without any error on Exchnage mailbox but as obsrve in verious cases Sneder name is mising after mails get restored on exchange server.Kindly find attched screen shot.
