Non, je n'ai pas besoin d'une solution (je partage des informations seulement)
Hi all,
i would like to get this one back to the community. Recently we have upgraded from EV 9.0.3 to 10.0.4, and everything seemed to be ok except we couldn't see the archived versions of the files on SP server. We got error like this 0xC0041C0E:

This was kinda mind boggle, we run a dtrace on SP and all we could see was :
221 22:01:09.903 [2528] (AdminService) <5896> EV:M WinHttpSession::Initialize. Calling WinHttpOpen with agent IndexClient.
222 22:01:09.903 [2528] (AdminService) <5896> EV:H WinHttpSession::Initialize. WinHttpOpen FAILED HR=0x80070005.
Secondly, we find out that if we add user to local admin group on SP server, then everything work normal. In the meantime we opened a support case but they were also having trouble with pointing the cause of the problem.
So in a moment of despaie we decided to upgrade index volumes on the SP archives to 64-bit. Somewhere in the back of my mind stated that multiple index volumes could cause problems (maybe this is completely wrong), but we had nothing to loose, right ?!
So we had this:

and did this:

after that access to the archived versions works:

Hope this helps to someone.
Regards.
