EvFsaSyncTask - file not found error

I'm running EV FSA 10.04. We have the "SynchroniseFSASharePermissions" reg key set to 0 as I need to be able to sync NTFS permissions. When the scheduled EvFsaSync Task runs the following errors are generated (this was produced running a Dtrace of the evfsasync task:

(EvFsaSyncTask) <4364> EV:H {CFolderPermSyncWrapper::SynchroniseArchive} (Exit) Status: [The system cannot find the file specified.  (0x80070002)]

It doesn't provide a path to the file/folder that is causing the exception. Is there a way to discover the files/folders causing the errors?
