HTTP-Only Outlook add-in in Enterprise Vault 10.0.4

Hello,

I cannot find an HTTP-only version of the Outlook Add-in in EV 10.0.4.
I only have the "\Symantec Enterprise Vault\Outlook Add-In\Symantec Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-in.msi" in my installation media and I cannot find a downloadable version on the http-only add-in either.

We need it for our new desktop image which has Office 2013.

Is this HTTP-only add-in available somewhere for EV 10.0.4 ?
