Does FSA use its own record of last access date for files or does it rely on the OS (Windows)?
Since Windows Vista, for performance reasons, Microsoft have changed the Date Accessed field to only report the date a file was created and not accessed.
In that case this option is useless.
In Windows 2003 Last access time record is enabled by default. But if you just scroll through files or view properties of a file last access time gets modified.
