EV 10 Missing OWA Icons

Hello All

We are using Enterprise Vault 10.0.3 (on windows 2008 R2) with Exchange 2003 SP2. We have a front-end and a back-end setup.

We have 3 mail servers and suddenly icons disappeared when accessing OWA from one of the mail servers.

I have on the server in question:

- Reinstalled the OWA extensions
- ran cscript owauser.wsf /domain:domain /user:username /password:password
- Verified the EVnon directory>anonymous user is correct
- Restarted IIS on Exchange Server
- Restarted evadmin service and IIS on the EV server
- Ran evort.exe on the exchange server with no errors (I assume Exchange is configured correctly??)

Please advise.
