web.config executionTimeout settings

Following the suggestion from http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH68076 regarding PST import errors.

In my web.config file I have the line below:

    <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="10000" /> 

Having brainfreeze and have a simple question, do I just edit this line to include the executionTimeout as bold below

    <httpRuntime executionTimeout="90" maxRequestLength="10000" />
